The service We are happy to have you as a patient. During the visit (for new patients), you will sign the intake form. A healthcare professional team will evaluate you to help you decide on the best option for you according to your needs. You will sign the consent form, we will check your vital signs, and you will be able to receive the treatment.

What will happen during the office visit?

  1. Appointment Scheduling: The patient schedules an appointment via phone at 832-793-7158 or an online portal.

  2. Check-in Process: Upon arrival at the clinic, the patient checks in at the reception desk. This may involve providing insurance information, filling out necessary forms, and confirming personal details.

  3. Vital Signs Measurement: A medical assistant or nurse takes the patient’s vital signs, including blood pressure, heart rate, temperature, and weight.

  4. Review of Medical History: The patient may be asked to update their medical history, including any medication changes, allergies, or past medical events.

  5. Discussion of Current Symptoms or Concerns: The patient meets with the family medicine provider (Miguel FNP-C) to discuss the reason for the visit. This could include acute illnesses, chronic conditions, preventive care, or general health concerns.

  6. Physical Examination: Miguel FNP-C will conduct a physical examination relevant to the patient’s presenting symptoms or for routine check-ups. This may involve listening to the heart and lungs, palpating the abdomen, checking reflexes, and examining specific body parts as needed.

  7. Diagnostic Tests or Procedures: Depending on the nature of the visit, Miguel FNP-C may order diagnostic tests such as blood work, imaging studies, or other diagnostic procedures.
