The service We are happy to have you as a patient. During the visit (for new patients), you will sign the intake form. A healthcare professional team will evaluate you to help you decide on the best option for you according to your needs. You will sign the consent form, we will check your vital signs, and you will be able to receive the treatment.
What will happen during the office visit?
